This eight-module course teaches you shamanic journeying to the lower, upper and middle worlds. The journeys will guide you to connect with your spirit helpers, teachers and guides, your ancestors and nature forces. It furthermore includes journeys of letting-go and retrieval for your self-empowerment and how to create, energise and utilise your altar in the context of your journeying.
The course is accompanied by a comprehensive course manual as well as a drumming download you can use for your own journeys after you have completed the course.
Each module consists of some teachings and a 25-minute guided journey.
