Join us for a Soul-nourishing, empowering & transformative weekend retreat, aligned with the Autumn Equinox, to delve into the raw, magnetic power of the Wise Woman Elder of the North. Within a circle of women, we are not only explore an archetype – we are activating and embodying her energies, igniting the unyielding spirit, the sharp intuition, and the grounded wisdom that lies dormant within.
Held within a stunning yurt, embraced by three acres of ancient, enchanted woodland near Glastonbury, and facilitated by two powerful Elder women, Christa Mackinnon and Lavinia Wilde, we will immerse ourselves in the potent current of the wise feminine – unveiling, embracing and embodying her primal force at a time when the turning of the wheel assists us in this quest.
We will work with:

- The Warren in the Woods, Somerset – A beautiful Yurt set within 3 acres of enchanting woods with woodburning stove, kitchen facilities, tree house, camping ground and more (watch the video from our last retreat at the Warren to get an impression)

- The fees include a non-refundable deposit of £ 50.00. Refunds only up to 8 weeks before the retreat commences.)
What’s included?
- Facilitation by Christa and Lavinia
- Free camping: You can bring a tent or your van and stay for free in the enchanting space.
- Tea, coffee, water, biscuits on both days (please bring a packed lunch on both days).
Not included: Indoor accommodation (If you do not want to camp, the charming village of Bruton is just a stone’s throw away. We can send you a list of B&B and hotel accommodation near by).

Your facilitators
Lavinia Wilde is a Psycho-Spiritual Psychotherapist, Therapeutic Shamanic Practitioner, Eco-Therapist and Creative Writing Therapist (MA).
She sees herself as a bridge, a channel and a guide – a Medicine Woman. Her work as an Elder invites women to self-belong, to dismantle internalised patriarchy and to remember their intuitive, wild and sacred nature.
Transformational Journeys connecting women with their wisdom
Christa Mackinnon is a Psychologist (MSc), Family Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Shamanic Teacher, bestselling Author of three books and Earth Activist.
She trains internationally, and facilitates workshops and courses, combining the ancient earth-spiritual with the modern therapeutic, a subject she also writes and speaks about internationally.
Christa is the founder the training organisation ‘Bridging the Worlds’, the co-founder of the Medicine Woman Training School and of Sacred Earth Activism.
