Medicine Wheel Journeys of Spirit Connection and Empowerment

This new one-day workshop in the series ‘shamanic soul journeys’ will connect you with the universal spirit essences of the four directions in nature as well as within you.

The Medicine Wheel has been used since ancient times to connect with spirit and to explore and empower deeper layers of the Self. Each of us, just as the universe itself, embodies the four directions of the Wheel. They represent different spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of ourselves, which need to be strengthened and integrated if we want to step into our full power.

During this workshop we will connect and work with the universal spirit essences of the four directions – the east, west, south and north – outside and within. We will use shamanic journeying with drums and gongs, medicine wheel teachings and ceremony, movement and meditation to access the four directions within the cycles of life, exploring, understanding, strengthening and empowering them within ourselves.
