This diminished our physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual potential\, fragmented us and severed the connection to our deepest and authentic selves. As these split-off parts are no longer available to us\, our vital authentic powers and potentials are curtailed . \nIn ancient psycho-spiritual teachings the retrieval and re-integration of such split-off parts of ourselves is seen as the most vital step towards becoming whole.
