SUMMARY:Earth\, Heart\, Soul and Spirit - Shamanic Dreaming Heart Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for this amazing retreat and gathering. \nConnect to the heartbeat of life\, the rhythm of creation and joy\, and let your heart dream. Tuning into and honouring the energies around the Equinox\, this year’s retreat offers you an enchanting space to celebrate life and being alive\, focusing on the shamanic medicine of the heart\, its visionary dreaming and its dream’s connection to your soul’s journey. \nWe will count our blessings\, letting go of the old and let our hearts envisage and embrace the new\, seeding our heart’s vision into our Being\, so that it can develop\, be nurtured and grow over the winter months\, manifesting in spring. \nThis year we will bring a new\, exciting ceremony to our retreat. We will facilitate an ancient ceremony with Cacao\, the ‘food of love and the Gods’\, which will include connecting with the loving spirit of Cacao\, ecstatic dance and a gong meditation. The ancient spirit of Cacao will open our hearts\, connect us to our soul and spirit and create a deep experience\, taking us to a place of peace and love. \nThe Inner Shaman\, can be discovered in the most obvious place possible-within your very own heart (Dr. Jose Stephens) \n  \nGaunts House\, in rural Dorset\, is an amazing residential place\, set within acres of beautiful countryside\, with stone circles\, fire places\, swimming pool and more. \nThe fees for the retreat include:  Accommodation\,  three meals per day\, starting with dinner on Friday evening\, and fruit\, biscuits\, tea\, coffee available for you all day. to secure a place a non-refundable deposit of £ 50 is required and included in the booking. \n  \n \n  \nProgram: \n  \nFriday \n\n6.30pm dinner\n8.30 Opening circle & Medicine Drumming\n10.00 Gong Bath for clearing and letting go\n\n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nSaturday \n\n8am – 9.30am Breakfast\n9.30am Drumming and movement: letting go of the old\n10.15 Opening the heart – bowl vibrations and sound\nBreak\n11.30am Shamanic journey: awaken the joyful dreaming heart\n12.15pm  Sufi meditation: tuning into your heart\n13.00pm  Lunch\n2.30pm Connect to your heart and soul’s journey\n3pm Envisage the future: heart & nature dreaming: quest for your vision\n4pm Break\n4.30pm Creative expression of your vision: a simple vision board\n5.15pm Preparation for Cacao and Fire Ceremony\n6.30 Dinner\n8.30 to late: Cacao Ceremony and Fire Ceremony\n\n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nSunday \n\n8am – 9.30am Breakfast\n10am Sharing and shamanic medicine drumming circle\n11am Gong and sound medicine to integrate your vision\n11.45am Break\n12.15pm Shamanic journey to the dreamlodge\n1pm – 2.30pm Lunch\n2.30pm – 3.30pm Shamanic medicine drumming and dance\n3.30pm – 4.30pm Sharing and closing circle\n\n  \n
