SUMMARY:Healing the Divided Self and Traveling Home: Soul Retrieval Training
DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT IS NOW FULL\nSoul Retrieval Training Course\nThis three-day non-residential experiential training course will teach you the ancient tool of Soul Retrieval\, adjusted to contemporary practice. According to shamanic teachings\, every one of us had to split-off parts of our psyche\, mainly during our childhood. This diminished our physical\, mental\, emotional and spiritual potential\, fragmented us and severed the connection to our deepest and authentic selves. As these split-off parts are no longer available to us\, our vital authentic energetic powers and potentials are curtailed . \nIn ancient psycho-spiritual teaching the retrieval and re-integration of such split-off parts of our selves is seen as the most vital step towards becoming whole. Like modern psycho-therapeutic dissociation approaches\, the practice of Soul Retrieval therefore aims to retrieve and re-integrate those parts as without them people are unable to heal and lead creative authentic lives\, which are meaningful and purposeful\, and reach their potential. \nSome split-off parts can be retrieved by ourselves\, but shamanic practitioners have always assumed that certain parts are difficult to access by the individual as they have fled to the ‘other worlds’  They therefore journey into the unconscious and parallel realms\, using deep trance states\, to retrieve lost soul parts\, utilising their vast knowledge about those realms and the teachers and helpers available. \nDuring this course you will learn how retrieve parts for yourself and others. You can integrate this within your therapeutic or healing practice\, your shamanic work or just utilise it for yourself. \n  \nCourse content\n\nThe shamanic concept of Soul Loss\nThe contemporary concept of dissociation\nShamanic Worlds: lower- upper and middle worlds\nShamanic helpers for Soul Retrieval: power animals & spirit guides\nJourneying to retrieve split-off parts \nRetrieving split-off parts for your clients \nGrounding and Integrating of the retrieved soul parts: shamanic and modern concepts\n\n\n  \nEligible:\nPsychologists\, therapeutic practitioners\, counsellors\, healers\, body therapists\, Reiki- and other energy practitioners and lay-people with some previous experience in shamanism and/or journeying. \n  \nFees & Venue\n\nEarly bird fees: £ 225.00 ( before 15th September 2021) \nFull Fees: £275.00 \nThe course fees include a non-refundable deposit of £ 50.00 unless the course is cancelled \nParticipants will receive an email with joining instructions and further information early October 2021. \nVenue: Horn Village Hall in Chalfont St Peter is a delightful venue in easy reach from London by car and by train.
