SUMMARY:Shamanic Soul Journeys: Balance and Increase your Energy and Personal Power
DESCRIPTION:This new one-day workshop in the series ‘deep shamanic soul journeys’ is about increasing your personal energetic power. It is for everybody who is on a journey to reach their highest potential. \nOur ability to create on an energetic and material level depends greatly on the balance and strength of our energy systems. These systems\, recognised in eastern spirituality as chakras and in indigenous cultures as energy centres\, need to be charged\, balanced and work with each other in harmony for you to achieve your highest potential. \nIn this workshop you will work with your personal energies and the manifestation of them in your life. We will use shamanic journeying with drums and gongs to explore\, charge and balance your energy and your chakras\, working from the base up to the crown. We will also use the sound and vibrations of Tibetan bowls for sonic massage and movement to re-charge and re-balance and learn how to use intentions\, visualisations to influence our energy levels and how to draw upon spiritual upon and integrate spiritual powers available to us\, such as earth forces\, ancestral energies and spirit guides. \n  \nPlease note that our ‘Deep shamanic soul Journey’ workshops usually fill quickly. DESCRIPTION:This new one-day workshop in the series ‘shamanic soul journeys’ will connect you with the universal spirit essences of the four directions in nature as well as within you. \nThe Medicine Wheel has been used since ancient times to connect with spirit and to explore and empower deeper layers of the Self. Each of us\, just as the universe itself\, embodies the four directions of the Wheel. They represent different spiritual\, emotional and physical aspects of ourselves\, which need to be strengthened and integrated if we want to step into our full power. \nDuring this workshop we will connect and work with the universal spirit essences of the four directions – the east\, west\, south and north – outside and within. We will use shamanic journeying with drums and gongs\, medicine wheel teachings and ceremony\, movement and meditation to access the four directions within the cycles of life\, exploring\, understanding\, strengthening and empowering them within ourselves. \n  \nThe workshop wil lbe facilitated by myself and Sally Free from sounds for the Soul \n
