Traditional and contemporary shamanic ways, teachings and techniques offer us a rich repertoire to explore, connect with, and utilize the spirit realms, those hidden worlds, which are inhabited by powerful transpersonal forces. Shamanic work is designed to access those energies, to create bridges between these spirit realms and our everyday world, consciousness and life so that we can receive teaching, assistance and guidance, and to enable the energetic spirit powers to flow across these bridges to manifest in various ways, such as healing, growth and expansion.

All my shamanic courses facilitate processes for participants to shift and expand their consciousness in order to open the gates to, connect with, and utilise those hidden realms for learning, guidance, development and creativity with the aim to empower them to self-actualise, to become all they can be, and create and walk their own unique and meaningful life-paths.
