Annie Spencer, an elder indigenous to Cornwall, is in conversation with Christa Mackinnon talking about the most ancient stone circles in the Penwith area of Cornwall, which date from around 1500 – 2500 B. They are pre-historic ancient ceremonial places within a wild landscape, temples from our early ancestors. Annie, a ceremonialist, shamanic teacher and elder, who has been leading wilderness camps, vision quests, rites of passage and ceremonial training talks about her work with these circles, which spans a lifetime. She tells their stories, talks about the memories and energy they hold, the messages they convey and the sacredness and connection we can experience within them. Annie also discusses with Christa Mackinnon the sacred actions within the four circles, which took place during the G7 summit in Cornwall last week.
